Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations:
- We mainly deliver to the UAE and all over the GCC.
- If you want to place an international order, please view the International Deliveries Page.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
- Orders placed after 3PM UAE time are shipped out the next day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
Order Tracking:
- The courier company we use to deliver our orders provide tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS. It is important to provide your WhatsApp number during checkout to receive updates. If you haven't received a tracking number, you can reach out to use via instagram or email and we'll provide you with your tracking numbers.
- For GCC deliveries outside the UAE, we will provide you with your DHL tracking number so you can comfortably track your order. If you still haven't received your tracking number, make sure to contact us.
GCC Shipping Customs and Duties:
- Customs and duties are required to be paid for by the customer upon delivery.
Shipping Delays:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions causing delays, we will notify you via email.
- Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped out on Mondays.
