Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Tawakkul Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below:
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for size or defective items within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To request an exchange, contact us on Instagram or email us with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ONLY (which is the price that you paid for shipping during checkout). Unless the item is defective or incorrect (such as the wrong size, colour, or design not picked by you was sent instead of the correct order).
Returns:
- We are now accepting returns with certain conditions.
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- You must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your product. If you reach out after the deadline, we cannot process your return.
- Any items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be eligible.
- Custom-made or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- The shipping fee is not refunded (the amount that you paid for shipping during checkout), only the amount of the product is.
- The customer is responsible for the reverse logistics charges (the cost for the delivery of the product from you to us, which is again the price that you paid for shipping during checkout).
- In certain circumstances, we will refund the full amount (excluding the shipping fee's).
How to Request an Exchange/Return:
- Contact us via Instagram DM or email us at contact@tawakkulclothing.com with your order number and issue details.
- We will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back, and we will process the exchange.
