At Tawakkul Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below:
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To request an exchange, contact us on Instagram or email with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (such as the wrong size, colour, or design not picked by you was sent instead of the correct order).
Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is damaged.
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Any items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be eligible.
- Custom-made or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

- We will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back, and we will process the exchange.
